Provide initial support to users either in person or through defined channels. Assist in identifying and resolving basic software, hardware, access, and peripheral issues. Install, configure, and uninstall software and applications according to procedures. Maintain updated records and controls.

High school diploma required. Basic knowledge of microcomputer systems and the Windows operating system. Familiarity with internet, email, printing, and productivity tools. Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
