Analista de Suporte Técnico Jr (Rollout de TI)

Prepare, install, and configure new desktops, notebooks, and corporate telephony devices. Perform secure data migration from old equipment to new. Manage inventory by collecting replaced equipment and organizing stock control. Schedule appointments with end users to ensure project timelines are met with minimal operational impact.

Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Networks, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in technical support (Level 1/2 or Field Service). Solid knowledge of computer networks, communication protocols, hardware, and peripheral configuration.
