Plan, distribute, and monitor daily operational activities. Ensure the availability, organization, and maintenance of the fleet. Supervise check-in, check-out, inspections, and vehicle movements. Resolve operational incidents quickly and effectively.

High school diploma required. Valid and regular CNH B driver's license. Experience in leading operational teams, logistics, transportation, or related fields. Knowledge in process management and performance indicators. Availability for on-site work.
