Responsibilities also include reviewing documentation, approving Purchase Orders, resolving rejections and returns, and monitoring the backlog report.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations and Customer Service, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel functions like Lookups, Logical functions, Concatenation, and Pivot Tables. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and advanced fluent English skills are also required.
