Welcome and accompany clients throughout their stay at the unit, ensuring a personalized and welcoming experience. Work with the client base and hot list, promoting invitations to events that strengthen ties and expand business opportunities. Act as a liaison between clients, unit staff, and specialists, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of demands.

Bachelor's degree required. Ability to anticipate client needs and act with agility, ethics, and empathy to ensure premium experiences. Experience in client relationship management with sophisticated and demanding profiles, preferably in premium environments. CPA 20 certification required.
