Analista senior Procurement

Lead medium to high complexity negotiations in the indirect category, focusing on food services. Build the strategy and budget for the category, ensuring financial feasibility studies and a comprehensive view of costs and margins. Apply structured methodologies for Strategic Sourcing and Total Cost of Ownership in planning and executing complex projects. Map the supplier market, manage contracts, and maintain a structured Supplier Relationship Management agenda.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; a postgraduate degree is a plus. Proven experience in procurement for food services, especially in catering and restaurant contracts. Advanced knowledge of Google tools and MS Office, particularly Excel. Proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
