Risk & Compliance Manager - Health & Safety

Monitor, interpret, and implement OHS legislation and standards across jurisdictions. Conduct workplace hazard identification and risk assessments, coordinating mitigation efforts with relevant departments. Partner with Sales to assess H&S risk when expanding into new industries, providing input on deal feasibility and safety controls. Manage the rollout of the H&S incident management module and support incident investigation and corrective action tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in occupational health & safety across multiple industries. Working knowledge of international OHS standards and hazard/risk assessment methodologies. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
