Identity and Access Management Specialist

Lead the end-to-end implementation and evolution of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud solution. Design and configure integration with SAP SuccessFactors to enable HR-driven identity lifecycle management. Define and implement access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), and provisioning workflows. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align governance processes with compliance frameworks.

Proven hands-on experience implementing SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud). Experience integrating IGA platforms with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems. Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, and provisioning connectors. Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).
