Execute daily monitoring operations for technologies such as Windows, Linux, Databases, Storage, Networking, SAP, AS400, etc. Perform support tasks related to the mentioned infrastructure. Track incidents, requests, and existing problems. Document and apply predefined standards, procedures, and policies.
What We're Looking For
Students of Systems Engineering/Computer Science or related fields are desirable. Experience in monitoring with tools like Nagios, Dynatrace is preferred. Knowledge of Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus. Intermediate to advanced English skills are required.
