ANALISTA SUPORTE JR - Santo André

Provide N1/N2 support to end users both on-site and remotely, ensuring proper categorization and logging of tickets in the ITSM system. Perform diagnostics and repairs on laptops and desktops, including component replacement and system configuration. Assist in the preventive maintenance of server racks and rooms, and support the infrastructure team with physical interventions and network connectivity.

Technical or higher education in IT or related fields is desirable. Previous experience in technical support (Field Service) is required. Proficiency in Windows (client), basic concepts of Windows Server and Active Directory is necessary. Familiarity with ITSM tools, antivirus software, and Office 365 support is expected.

The position offers a CLT contract with on-site work in Santo André, SP. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00, with potential weekend shifts organized by team schedules.
