[Job 30876] Learning & Engagement Specialist

Lead strategic initiatives in Learning & Development by designing innovative and scalable solutions that enhance a culture of continuous learning. Guide cross-functional teams in defining product visions, long-term strategies, and effective operational models. Develop and evolve frameworks and methodologies for managing L&D products with excellence.

Solid experience in product development and evolution, preferably in the People/HR area. Deep knowledge of corporate learning frameworks, trends, and large-scale people development. Strong expertise in continuous discovery methodologies, user research, prototyping, and hypothesis testing.

Presence in the office in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
