What You'll Do
Plan and supervise shipping operations, sampling, inspection, and control of minerals. Ensure proper execution of operations at the port and chemical laboratory. Manage human, technical, and logistical resources for operational continuity. Define and control operational KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and costs.
What We're Looking For
University degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Execution, Laboratory Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining processes or services, with at least 2 years in similar supervisory roles. Proven experience in inspection organizations for mineral export, sampling, and laboratory preparation.
