Core Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will provide operational and executive-level coordination for the client's CIO staff, including calendar management and meeting preparation. They will also track action items, manage communications, and support organizational culture and onboarding logistics.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
