ClaraCore Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence within the Credit Desk and key growth processes across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. Conduct periodic operational reviews to maintain process rigor in underwriting procedures and implement best-in-class improvements. Collaborate closely with regional Control Desk teams, providing actionable feedback to enhance their accuracy and performance. Develop and maintain clear process documentation, reports, and performance metrics using Google Drive and Metabase.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in operational roles, preferably in process optimization or underwriting within fintechs or financial institutions. Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset to interpret data and pinpoint inefficiencies. Working proficiency in English and Portuguese. Proven execution in a regulated industry or technical environment.
