CI&TWhat You'll Do
Develop and orchestrate the AI agent for the squad, focusing on behavior, skills, tools, and automation flows. Connect the AI agent to project context sources such as repositories, APIs, messaging systems, and databases. Define and validate prompts, security guidelines, and automated DoD criteria. Analyze the outputs generated by the agent and apply continuous improvement to workflows.
What We're Looking For
Practical experience with AI and LLMs, including integration with LLM APIs and building agents. Proficiency in prompt engineering and security guidelines. Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration. Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles and automated testing.
