Shipper Success Associate, Amazon Shipping Operations

Respond to shipper inquiries through established channels, providing timely and accurate information on shipping services, policies, and procedures. Process and track shipper requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up within established SLAs. Maintain and update shipper records, case logs, and internal tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience. High school or equivalent diploma. Speak, write, and read fluently in English and French. Experience in transportation or supply chain.

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Schedule(s) available for this role are Thursday-Monday 1am-7am and Thursday-Monday 6:00am-3:00pm. Part-time shifts are not available.
