Manager - Coupa Administration and Governance (Jamaica or Tulsa, OK-based)

Create and maintain General Ledger accounts within Coupa. Provision new users and assign appropriate security roles and permissions. Configure and maintain approval workflows and troubleshoot workflow issues. Support supplier onboarding through the Coupa Supplier Portal and manage the Coupa support queue.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience administering or supporting the Coupa platform or a similar Procure-to-Pay system. Experience with master data management, user administration, and workflow configuration.
