Execute recruitment and selection processes according to internal client requirements for various ongoing projects. Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding processes, ensuring timely communication with internal clients regarding the status of each recruitment. Maintain updated job descriptions and support in measuring the work environment in each area.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes. Knowledge of labor legislation and psychological testing for personnel selection is desirable. Must reside in Cusco and be available to work in Calca and visit other areas.
