Lead discussions on process redesign, align areas, assess organizational impacts, and connect process decisions to transformation objectives. Validate functional design across multiple S/4HANA areas, understand trade-offs between standardization and customization, and connect functional decisions to process and reporting impacts. Structure the process repository in Signavio, define modeling standards, manage versions, and integrate the tool into the SAP implementation cycle.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or Information Systems/Computer Science. Experience in process consulting, SAP implementation, or equivalent business area. Proven track record of independently leading at least one workstream with personal delivery.
