Core Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customers’ technical issues while ensuring they are informed about the status of their issues. You will collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and assist in developing readiness content.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with experience in technical support and Windows Server management tools. Proficiency in Azure Stack HCI, Hyper-V, and troubleshooting is also required.
