Lead and structure Sprints, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups with CI&T teams and the client. Manage and communicate roadmap progress, tracking multiple delivery threads simultaneously in tools such as Smartsheet. Participate in client status meetings and report progress in a clear, structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments. Ability to build rapport with clients and navigate conversations with both business and technical audiences. Fluent in Spanish for stakeholder engagement and fluent in English for internal communication.
