Talent and Leadership Development Partner

Facilitate leadership development programs for various audiences both virtually and in person. Create engaging learning environments aligned to adult learning principles and adapt delivery based on audience needs. Partner with global colleagues to implement key leadership programs and support end-to-end program delivery, including coordination and execution.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs. Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive, discussion-based learning experiences and experience designing or improving learning content. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong stakeholder management skills.
