AI Growth Automation Engineer - Bogotá (Hybrid)

Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling by designing and shipping agents/workflows that engage prospects and schedule meetings. Own lifecycle automation by creating onboarding, activation, and retention flows using Customer.io and internal data. Design the SDR-to-AE handoff system to optimize lead scoring and routing. Prototype quickly and validate against real metrics to ensure effectiveness.

2+ years of hands-on experience building automation, internal tools, or AI-powered products. Familiarity with workflow/automation platforms like n8n or Zapier and experience integrating APIs across systems. Working knowledge of CRM/lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot or Customer.io. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
