Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, coordinating monthly meetings and rituals. Promote alignment and resolve conflicts between sales, production, and financial perspectives. Develop and present market simulation scenarios to support executive decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and strategic skills with experience in business planning. Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Experience in scenario analysis and risk management. Familiarity with performance indicators and continuous improvement processes.
