Core Responsibilities

Manage the Analytics & Data Science team delivering insights for Customer Service, ensuring data quality and aligning data strategies with high-level Customer Service objectives and experiments. Lead multidisciplinary teams to implement data-driven solutions, increase team seniority, and develop scalable AI solutions for user areas.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree and proven experience in people management. Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, project management, and exploration tools like Tableau and Looker is required, along with intermediate/advanced Spanish for managing teams in Argentina and Colombia.
