Manager, Accounting

Oversee the timeliness and accuracy of US GAAP financial reporting for the AIG North America region. Mentor, coach and develop the team of finance professionals while driving a performance and customer-first culture. Serve as the main point of contact for project inquiries and facilitate monthly business reviews with collaborators.

Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement.
