What You'll Do
Manage agency processes and relationships with associates. Provide financial consulting to associates and oversee the agency's financial transactions. Lead the team and manage risks associated with agency operations. Develop and expand the associate portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Experience in financial institutions or similar market experience. Proven experience in team management. Knowledge of financial products and services and the National Financial System. Anbima CPRO R certification.
