The Sales Operations Associate II is responsible for day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. This includes processing orders, managing customer service requests, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

The position typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience, or a high school graduate with equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills in English are also required.
