What You'll Do
Understand the technical initiative and share knowledge with the team, assisting in technical refinements. Manage the team technically, ensuring quality and delivery of proposed solutions. Maintain good communication as the project will involve various areas of the organization. Translate technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in backend development, preferably in .NET. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Leadership and management skills for technical teams.
