Identify, analyze, design, and document processes for assigned areas to standardize them based on agile methodologies and process management. Ensure published processes meet established criteria. Collaborate with different areas of the financial group to improve processes.
What We're Looking For
Student in the 2nd or 3rd year of Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process management (Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen, DMAIC, Deming Cycle, and ISO 9001:2015). Advanced Excel skills and experience in documentation, diagramming, publishing, and process improvement.
