Lead the portfolio of special operations projects, ensuring planning, prioritization, governance, efficient resource allocation, and execution of strategic initiatives. Manage and develop a team of Project Managers, providing technical direction, defining priorities, and monitoring performance. Conduct pilot projects for new operational models in partnership with the Special Operations team, supporting their evolution, validation, and scalability.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in project management and portfolio management, preferably in transformation, expansion, or operational implementation environments. Proficiency in methodologies, governance, and project management tools.
