The area focuses on process excellence, productivity, and scalability in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Operations leadership roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, marketplaces, or high-growth tech companies in LATAM. Proven experience scaling complex, multi-layered operations in fast-paced environments. Strong background managing revenue-impacting teams (sales operations, field teams, collections, or similar).
