The coordinator must supervise sales, collections, and advertising within their section to ensure optimal operational process compliance, while controlling non-payments and preventing fraud to maintain a healthy portfolio. Responsibilities also include frequent field visits to maintain contact with clients and commission-based promoters, as well as recruiting, training, and motivating the team.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed degree, preferably in an economic-administrative area, and must have full schedule availability and their own car (not a motorcycle) with a valid driver's license. Essential knowledge includes the municipality of Celaya and surrounding communities.
