What You'll Do
Ensure the excellence of daily routines for Funds (FIDCs and proprietary structures) as an operational reference. Develop and monitor funding KPIs, cost of capital, liquidity, and operational efficiency, preparing executive reports for LATAM leadership. Act as the main point of contact with local and international investors, ensuring accurate analyses and reports. Support the structuring of financial operations and onboarding of partners in collaboration with Legal, Risk, Products, and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is desirable. Solid experience in funding, treasury, credit structuring, capital markets, or management/operation of FIDCs. Proficiency in securitization, financial market instruments, and data analysis tools.
