What You'll Do
Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively. Train and supervise team members while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Handle cash management and financial responsibilities, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven leadership skills with experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people. Must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record with access to a reliable vehicle.
