Core Responsibilities

The Process Excellence Manager will lead Lean Six Sigma-based transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Requisition to Pay value stream. They are responsible for diagnosing processes, implementing digital automation solutions, and managing a portfolio of projects to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

Candidates must have 10–15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement within a global shared services environment and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with deep expertise in Procure to Pay processes.
