What You'll Do
Lead the Business Analytics team and manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts. Own stakeholder management by being the primary analytical partner to various leaders, translating business questions into analysis and recommendations. Design and read out experiments, ensuring rigorous measurement and translating results into actionable decisions. Build and maintain forecasts and goal-sizing that leadership plans against.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in business, growth, or product analytics with a proven track record of impactful analysis. 2+ years of experience leading analysts, either as a manager or a senior individual contributor. Advanced SQL skills and fluency with BI tools like Looker or Tableau; familiarity with modern data stacks is a plus. Strong grounding in experimentation and causal thinking, with experience in consumer, subscription, or marketplace dynamics.
