Define and evolve reference architectures aligned with XP's technological strategy. Support squads and tribes in architectural decision-making, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience of solutions. Conduct technical evaluations, ADRs, RFCs, and architectural governance processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Solid experience in software architecture for distributed environments and mission-critical systems. Advanced knowledge in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Kubernetes, and modern engineering platforms.
