Ensure operational continuity and compliance with service level agreements (SLA) by timely addressing and following up on incidents in Java systems. Perform agile technical diagnostics in collaboration with technology and dependent application areas to prevent business objective deviations. Address and resolve canceled batch processes by analyzing traces and logs to fix issues from the root cause.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. 1 to 3 years of experience in systems support areas. Proficiency in Java programming language. Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Maven, Spring, and Spark.
