What You'll Do
Conduct operational analyses: produce, maintain, and evolve reports and dashboards to monitor network performance. Investigate performance drivers: dive into root causes behind operational deviations and provide concrete recommendations. Collaborate with operations leaders and stakeholders: anticipate risks and consolidate root causes while ensuring corrective actions are tracked to completion.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Comfortable working with large data volumes and translating numbers into actionable decisions.
