Core Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers, managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers to drive outbound revenue generation. Success is defined by achieving 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects holding genuine buying authority and budget.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles, demonstrating proven success in making cold calls and booking sales appointments. Excellent spoken and written English, comfort speaking with senior stakeholders, and strong objection handling skills are essential.
