PRODUCTS ANALYST III | PAYROLL LOANS PRODUCT

Lead product strategy by identifying opportunities from data, customer behavior, and market trends. Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, connecting strategy, customer experience, regulatory requirements, and business impact. Monitor product financial performance, identifying deviations and proposing actions to maximize growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Consistent experience in financial product management, preferably credit products. Strong analytical skills and data proficiency for generating insights and decision-making. Experience in building and monitoring business and performance indicators. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools.
