Production Support Engineer - Connect & RAMP

Provide production support for US Regional Applications, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely incident resolution. Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing server and application logs. Write and execute SQL queries for data investigation and troubleshooting. Support application deployments using Jenkins and use GitHub for code review and debugging activities.

3–8 years of relevant experience in Production Support or Application Support. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database and strong SQL skills, including DDL and DML queries. Experience working with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services. Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incidents, Problems, and RFCs.
