Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and facilitate role-specific training programs for new hires and skill enhancement within the Wholesale Lending Services organization. Partner with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning materials and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Requirements

Requires strong knowledge of loan operations, particularly syndicated lending, and demonstrated experience in instructional design and facilitation. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference given to those familiar with adult learning theory and multimedia tools.
