What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day operation of a monitoring platform, including dashboards and log pipelines. Proactively sift through logs and metrics to find failures and drive them to resolution. Improve the reliability and scalability of cloud infrastructure and automate operational work wherever possible.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a production-focused software engineering role. Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like New Relic or Grafana. Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
