Analista Sr Training - SMX6

Ensure the execution of training strategies and automation programs for Mercado Libre's logistics center operations. Facilitate internal audits across processes to implement and secure operational improvements. Develop analysis and tracking for process improvement implementations, identifying potential training gaps. Plan, organize, and execute training programs derived from productivity and quality improvement strategies, and analyze learning effectiveness metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields with experience in operational process training in manufacturing or logistics. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis and KPI tracking, along with other spreadsheet and database platforms. At least 2 years of experience leading continuous improvement projects and knowledge of operational training and STPS regulations.
