Supervise and monitor the productivity of the assigned staff, including idleness and hourly processing. Ensure that shipping meets the established SLA. Prepare and maintain reports on processing times and operational risks to meet control and improvement needs. Manage overtime, absences, and feedback for the assigned staff.

Experience in operational routines in a distribution center. Knowledge of TMS and SAP technologies and tools for data manipulation is a plus. A degree in administration, engineering, or related fields is required. Must be available to cover and rotate shifts. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, etc.
