What You'll Do
Analyze work forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to meet overall unit goals. Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance workforce and ensure efficient operations while meeting all targets. Support safety programs and compliance with regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all associates. Identify and proactively lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or advanced technical degree. Experience managing people and in management roles. Familiarity with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques. Strong English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
