The Collections Sr. Manager will oversee third-party debt recovery operations for delinquent credit card and installment loan accounts, ensuring high-volume performance and adherence to targets. This role involves designing recovery strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance across internal and external operations, and driving continuous customer experience improvements based on complaint monitoring.

Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience managing collections BPOs or external agencies, coupled with strong operational leadership within collections or financial services. Essential qualities include strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, comfort in fast-paced environments, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
