What You'll Do
Coordinate building maintenance activities, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee construction projects, and monitor performance indicators. Conduct technical visits and inspections to assess facility conditions and propose operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience in building maintenance and infrastructure management. Knowledge of electrical systems, generators, civil maintenance, and building installations. Experience managing suppliers and third-party teams.
